Trinona Kids
The Trinona Kids Triathlon is a SWIM/BIKE/RUN Triathlon for kids, ages 5-13. Starting waves will be based on age. Each triathlete will swim first in the St. Mary's University pool, go directly to bicycling, and finish the competition running around the outdoor track. NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY. This is a fantastic opportunity for your child to participate in an enjoyable, low-key, athletic competition.

The entire race takes place on the beautiful St, Mary's University Campus, nestled within the bluffs of Winona, MN. After the race, kids will enjoy some snacks and giveaways. Participants need to bring swim suit, goggles, towel, bike, bike helmet, running shoes and any other items needed for the swim, bike and run portions of the event.
Age and Distance
5-7 year olds: 25 yd swim, 1 mile bike, 1/4 mile run
8-10 year olds: 75 yd swim, 1 mile bike, 1/2 mile run
11-13 year olds: 175 yd swim, 2 mile bike, 3/4 mile run
