The course will start in front of the Oaks. Runners will head west on 26th Ave turn Right on CR 41, right on 37th Ave NE, Right on 8th St NE, loop on Eagle Ridge Drive, turn Left on 37th Ave heading West, Left on CR 41 and Left on to 26th Ave NE to the finish at the Oaks.

Men: 1-9, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60 plus
Ladies: 1-9, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60 plus
Family: Average time for two runners of the same family
A. Husband - Wife
B. Parent - Child
C. Bothers and or Sisters
Awards
Trophies: Top Female, Top Male and Family
Medals: 1-3 places in each division, age 14 and under all participants medal
Double Medals: 2-3 places in family division
