Whether you are completely new to tai chi and the Chinese healing or martial arts, or if you are very experienced, you will find amazing, fun and practical information to enrich your life. Come alone and make new friends, or bring a bunch of friends and celebrate.
It's so easy to relax and enjoy - once you are registered, you can take any and all the workshops you want, whenever you want! The topics are plentiful and rare - learn something fascinating: tai chi chuan (taijiquan), baguazhang (pa kua chang), xingyiquan (hsing-i chuan), qigong (chi kung), meditation, Chinese massage and acupressure, dit da jow and iron palm, push hands, and other esoteric Chinese healing and martial arts.
