- Your sensitive data is always transferred between your browser and our servers with 128bit SSL encryption. This means your sensitive data is never in plain text over the Internet.

Credit Cards
- Your credit card is used for the billing then it is immediately erased from our systems. We do not store your credit card number.

Data Storage
- We own and operate our own data center. The data we do store (account, events, registrations) is stored in our own data center in a secure building in Minneapolis, MN.

- Our employees as well as the event director(s) have access to your data. We never sell or allow access to any ZapEvent data.

- We handle your email address as sensitive data. We never sell your email or use it for advertising purposes.
