What are you talking about?
At the completion of the registration process through ZapEvent, the user can now choose to post an update to either Twitter or Facebook. All they have to do is click a button and they will automatically be directed to the site they have chosen. If they are not logged into their Facebook or Twitter account, they will be prompted to log in. Information about the event will populate in their post and they can choose to edit the information prior to submitting their update.
Social networks are a powerful way to promote events. If your friends or network see that you completed an online registration for an event or donated to a cause, they are likely to check it out. Perhaps they will choose to join in and spread the word themselves. In the end, the viral effect of social sharing can help boost registration or bring more attention to events or causes. Our goal was to make the process as easy as possible.
We hope you like it.
