Our customer base keeps growing so we’re looking for a rockstar.

Customer Service Rep – The most important link in our company. The Customer Service Representative is the main point of contact for our clients. They answer client questions or assist with their online event registration. They are also responsible for answering questions about registration to the event participants or connecting them to the appropriate person.

Required Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Comfortable with a computer and basic HTML
• Comfortable answering phones
• Prefer someone with knowledge of the racing environment (5k, marathon, triathlon, cycling events)
