Zapier is a third party app that allows hundreds of apps to talk to ZapEvent. Using a system of triggers and actions you can build custom workflows, called Zaps, to import the data collected during registration to any of the 500+ featured apps on Zapier.com. You no longer need to export, then re-import any data or reports. Zapier does the work for you!
On February 1, 2016, Zapier released a new feature to make it even easier to connect ZapEvent to the apps you use every day. Multi-Step Zaps allow you to chain as many actions as you want in a single trigger, to get your registration data where you need it even faster.
How does it work, you ask? Great questions! If you are already familiar with the process of building Zaps in Zapier, you know that a Zap consists of a 1 Trigger and 1 Action App. For example ZapEvent and Mailchimp.
Not anymore, with Multi-Step Zaps you can build a continuous chain of actions and triggers for example, ZapEvent > MailChimp > GoogleSheets > Trello etc…The possibilities are endless!
If you want to add another action to your chain, hit the + button at the bottom of the workflow. You can add, update, or edit your Multi-Step Zaps at any time.
Now it’s your turn to try building your own workflow using Multi- Step Zaps. Zapier is currently offering a free trial of Multi- Step Zaps. Request your invite to access the ZapEvent app on Zapier.com now, and get the most out of your registration data. Request Invite Here.
