SPEED Summer Sports Performance Camp 2013

Are you a middle school or high school athlete that wants to gain a competitive edge in your sport(s)? Then Agnesian HealthCare's SPEED Camps are for you. SPEED is an intensive eight-week program designed to challenge your physical abilities. The SPEED Program incorporates cardiovascular conditioning, plyometrics, speed, agility, coordination, flexibility and core strengthening exercises. Participants will train at their designated high school from mid-June through early August.

SMS Boys- M, T, TH- 7:30-8:30am

SMS Girls- T, TH- 9:00-10:30

Middle School- SMS - M, W- 12:00-1:00

WLA -M, F- 9:00-10:30

FDL- T, TH- 11:00-12:30
