Waupaca Area Kids Triathlon
The Waupaca Area Kids Triathlon is a Swim/Bike/Run for kids ages 4-10 at South Park in downtown Waupaca, WI. Wave starts is based on age. No experience necessary. This a great opportunity for your child to particpate in enjoyable, athletic competition.
Registration is Limited - Sign-Up Early
Registration is capped at 100 each in the following age groups: 4-6, 7-8 and 9-10. All children will receive a t-shirt. Participants are required to wear bike helmets. After the race the kids will enjoy snacks and our Potato Bake.
Age & Distance
4-6 year olds: 50 ft. swim, 0.6 mile bike, 0.15 mile run
7-8 year olds: 100 ft. swim, 1 mile bike, 0.15 mile run
9-10 year olds: 200 ft. swim, 1 mile bike, 0.3 mile run
Awards
All participants will receive a ribbon. Medals will be awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place finishers (boys & girls) for each age division, 4, 5-6, 7-8 and 9-10. Awards will be handed out immediately following the race.
