Welcome to the Fourth Annual "Melvin's on the Lake" &
"Terwisscha Construction" Green Lake Kids Triathlon!

Proceeds of this race will benefit Operation Military Kids, U.S.Army's collaborative effort with America's communities to support the children and youth impacted by deployment.

COURSES

Swimming takes place in shallow water along the public beach area. Parents can be in the water anytime. Bike and run course for bottom 2 age groups is in a closed setting for safety reasons (Saulsbury parking lot). Older bike routes are in a residential area in Spicer.
Transition areas are limited to athletes and parents of under age 7 athletes. 7 and over may NOT receive assistance in this area. Race volunteers are avail-able in transition area.

AGE GROUPS

Boys and Girls Combined 3-4 yr old
Distances: Swim 20yd, Bike 1 lap, Run 1 lap

Boys and Girls Combined 5-6 yr old
Distances: Swim 50yd, Bike 3 laps, Run 1 lap

**Ages below have separate girls and boys divisions**
7-8 yr old
Distances: Swim 75yd, Bike 1mi, Run .5 mi

9-10 yr old
Distances: Swim 100yd, Bike 2mi, Run .5 mi

11-12 yr old
Distances: Swim 150yd, Bike 3mi, Run 1 mi

AWARDS AND GIFTS

All Participants receive a ribbon, t-shirt, and goodie bag with top 3 finishers in each age group receiving a medal.
