American Men’s Studies Association presents the 21st Annual Conference on Men and Masculinities – Multiple Masculinities and Intersecting Identities April 4-7, 2013 Ann Arbor, Michigan at the University of Michigan.
EXHIBITOR FEE ($450) includes these benefits:
- Conference registration and all available meals for ONE person.
- All tables are approximately 30” x 72” long. Exhibitors must bring their own tablecloths and skirting. Chairs will be provided.
- Exhibitors are responsible for the set up and break down of their display items.
Exhibitors may request that their items be inserted in the conference packets for an additional $250 charge. (See “Inserts” section below.)
SET UP begins at 3:00 pm on Thursday, April 4, 2013. Earlier set up times cannot be guaranteed.
BREAK DOWN no later than 12:00 pm on Sunday, April 7, 2013.
A/V & ELECTRICAL needs must be noted on the Registration Form. There may be additional fees associated with these requests.
ADDITIONAL PERSONS' names MUST be included on this form. The cost per additional person is $300. Additional persons receive the same benefits as exhibitors.
CONFERENCE BAG INSERTS Items to be included in the Conference Bags MUST BE PRE-APPROVED. If you intend to request that an item be included in the conference packets, contact us at email@example.com before submitting this form.
- If you cannot attend, but wish to place items in the conference packets, please use the INSERT FEE option on the Exhibitor Registration form. Do not forget all items MUST BE PRE-APPROVED. Cost is $250.
CONFERENCE PRESENTER TABLES may be purchased by conference presenters who have paid their conference registration fees and plan to present at the conference. Cost for a table is $200. Exhibitor terms and conditions apply.
SPONSORSHIP If you are interested in supporting the American Men’s Studies Association but cannot attend our conference, please contact the Conference Chair to discuss the various opportunities available. Your generosity will be noted in conference materials.
