The Trek Certified Service Assembly Technician curriculum focuses on training newer staff on repeatable efficiencies and processes to maximize their work load and abilities for assembling a bicycle. Direct revenue growth is created by immediately teaching them best in class assembly and efficiency standards, all while allowing the rest of your staff to stay dedicated in their respective roles and responsibilities. While the training tools and expertise are tailored towards the products and equipment from Trek and Bontrager, the direct skills and proficiencies learned will translate to each and every system thus maximizing productivity and ability.

 

This course is desinged for technicians with 0-1+ years of experience in service departments. Previous mechanical and computer experience is recommended. Alll courses and training will be hosted at our TCS training and development facility at Trek Bicycle's global headquarters in Waterloo, WI.
