The last hour of our half-day Tri Skills Workshop is always a Mini-Triathlon. These Mini-Triathlons are open to register for separately as well.
This is an untimed training opportunity. We will provide a roped off transition area with bike racks and the support and guidance of Endurance Sports Coaches. You can test how smoothly you can put all the components of a triathlon together - open water swim, transition 1, bike, transition 2, and run. The course can vary depending on what your goals are. Swim 200-400 yards. Bike 3 miles on either the path or road. Run .25-1 mile.
It is not required that you take the Tri Skills Workshop before registering for a Mini-Tri though we strongly recommend it. Go to www.2014YWCATriSkills.zapevent.com to register.
